Designed and deployed the complete commercial department in approximately two months — KPI framework, reporting cadence, CRM configuration, and sales enablement library.

Signed 50+ strategic partners as an indirect sales channel; restructured the commercial model around partner economics.

Led institutional capital discussions with financial counterparties and managed M&A workstreams alongside the commercial mandate.
