What I did
Led concurrent client mandates spanning new market entry, partner recruitment, and enterprise pipeline development across multiple technology vendors.
Built market entry playbooks and go-to-market strategies for the Nordics and DACH regions; managed the partner recruitment motion end-to-end from identification through onboarding.
Led a team of 15 senior sales and research professionals across simultaneous client engagements.
Systematized the firm's lead research methodology in Power BI and Excel, creating a repeatable framework applied across all client accounts.
